Develop in-depth understanding of Shopee P&L line items and market dynamics across all Shopee markets (Thailand and other regional markets). Strong ability to systematically optimize these line items over time.
Improve existing estimation and forecast solutions by scrutinizing current assumptions, identifying how our understanding would change if assumptions change, and quantifying these uncertainty (i.e. sensitivity analysis).
Lead creation and management of Management Meeting Materials (discussion materials for Senior Management including Shopee and SeaGroup CEO/President).
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative fields (Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Finance or related fields is preferred).
3+ years of work experience in e-commerce, consulting, financial services or similar roles in other fast-growing industries.
Knowledge of SQL/Python is strongly preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Google Slides is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
