Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution of DWDM installation, migration, and testing across AIS backbone and metro network segments.

• Monitor and manage the project timeline, deliverables, and risk mitigation to ensure milestones are met without delays.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless equipment delivery, site readiness, and integration.

• Oversee documentation, handover packages, acceptance testing (PAT), and alignment with AIS's internal technical standards.

• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and present status to management and cross-functional teams.

• Track budget utilization and ensure project execution is within approved financial limits.

• Ensure compliance with AIS’s safety policies, network policies, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• 8–12 years of experience in telecom project management, preferably in optical transmission or DWDM networks.

• Familiar with DWDM systems from Huawei, CIENA, Nokia, ZTE, or similar vendors.

• Knowledge of AIS network architecture and operations is a plus.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
