We’re looking for a bold, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our SMB growth initiatives in Thailand.
You’ll create the first touchpoint for new businesses and partners —crafting campaigns, building partnerships, and activating leads that turn into loyal Pancake users and social media advertisers.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation & Activation: Drive high-quality leads and convert them into active Pancake advertisers through full-funnel marketing strategies.
- Campaign Strategy: Design and execute localized marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Ops, Vendor, etc.).
- Sales Enablement: Create compelling narratives, toolkits, and materials to empower our sales teams and partners.
- Content & Insights: Use data and market insights to inform content strategy and communicate timelines across teams.
- Digital Execution: Manage campaigns across owned digital platforms and optimize performance.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results, report learnings, and scale successful tactics across regions.
- Vendor Management: Oversee external agencies and partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment with Pancake’s brand.
The job requires:
- 4+ years in marketing, strategy, or growth roles in Ecommerce, Retail, Saas,
- Fluent in Thai and English (written & spoken).
- Deep understanding of SMBs and their challenges.
- Experience in B2B marketing, agency, or tech startup environments.
- Familiarity with commerce and service-based business models.
- Fast learner with a bias for action and original thinking.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with ambiguity.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
- Proven success in lead generation and campaign optimization.
What we offer: Competitive packages (up to $1,500 - $2,000 monthly)
