Digital Marketing Manager

Full-time job located in Royal Phuket Marina, Phuket Province.
Digital Marketing Manager drives company's online visibility and bookings by managing digital presence across social media, website, and advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities.
- Create, plan and manage social media presence in Instagram and Facebook.
- Create, plan and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook (Instagram) and Google.
- Analyse customer needs, behaviors, target audiences and search engine keywords using tracking tools, Google Analytics, Facebook insights, etc. to present marketing/media campaigns that meet the goals.
- Monitor budgets throughout the campaigns.
- Follow marketing trends, various tools, and new methods to apply to the advertising campaign for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare monthly media plans and reports.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or yachting industry is preferred.
- Successful experience of planning and content creation for Facebook, Instagram.
- Understanding of Google Ads and SEO.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop), video application (Capcut, VN), AI (ChatGPT), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp).
- Good level of English communication, writing, and reading.
