Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to drive the success of Lazada Sponsored Solutions across Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia). This role is ideal for someone with a strong blend of product marketing, sales enablement, and internal communications expertise, combined with a deep understanding of e-commerce and digital advertising ecosystems.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping product positioning, creating impactful sales enablement materials (decks, playbooks, case studies), and driving internal communications to ensure alignment across sales, product, and regional teams. You will partner closely with sales, product, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Product Marketing & Positioning
As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping product positioning, creating impactful sales enablement materials (decks, playbooks, case studies), and driving internal communications to ensure alignment across sales, product, and regional teams. You will partner closely with sales, product, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Product Marketing & Positioning
- Work with Market Research & Insights to understand seller pain points, market trends, and competitive insights. Build and maintain seller personas to inform product marketing strategies and sales enablement materials.
- Develop compelling B2B product positioning, messaging, and narratives that differentiate Lazada Sponsored Solutions in the competitive SEA e-commerce advertising market.
- Translate complex product features into clear, value-driven messaging tailored to seller audiences.
- Build and maintain sales enablement toolkits including pitch decks, product one-pagers, FAQs, playbooks, and case studies.
- Partner with sales leaders to ensure teams are equipped with the knowledge, content, and tools to effectively engage advertisers and sellers.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and internal briefings to reinforce product understanding and selling strategies.
- Serve as the bridge between product, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring consistent messaging and strong internal communication across all regions.
- Create and distribute internal updates, newsletters, and announcements to keep stakeholders aligned on product launches, market insights, and sales strategies.
- Lead end-to-end regional product launch communications, ensuring consistent positioning and timely delivery across markets.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt content for local market nuances.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in B2B product marketing, sales enablement, or communications, ideally within e-commerce, advertising, consulting or digital platforms in Southeast Asia.
- Skills:
- Strong grasp of e-commerce platforms, digital advertising, and B2B marketing.
- Proven ability in learning and development content design as well as craft compelling narratives, decks, and sales enablement materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders and sales teams.
- Strong project management skills; comfortable managing cross-functional and regional initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research and marketing performance analysis.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another Southeast Asian language and Mandarin is a strong plus.
