Marketing Manager, Thailand
ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager, Thailand to join our team. SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager, Thailand reports to the Country Manager of Philippines and Thailand and works to drive enrollment, support retention, develop leadership, and maintain positive distributor relations. A successful manager collaborates with local and international managers to expedite marketing localization, implement regional and global marketing support, and contribute to other international marketing functions. The position will create, direct, and implement the overall market-specific strategies as directed by company leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand
- Execute regional strategic, business, and marketing plans.
- Consistently increase revenue, enrollments, and over-all growth in assigned region.
- Partner with marketing and sales departments in generating sales tools, sales training, and marketing collateral.
- Work closely with other regional teams and relevant department heads to increase distributor base, retention, recognition, and improve overall distributor relations.
- Travel to various areas within assigned region.
- Oversee distributor issues as they arise in region.
- Work with top distributors to grow their organizations.
- Conceptualize and implement brand growth initiatives to increase market penetration.
- Should be able to create effective marketing materials and other collaterals in English and Thai (Bilingual).
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Social Media and on managing group communications in various messaging apps (i.e., Line, WhatsApp, Viber, FB).
- Manage the organization and execution of meetings, presentations, and electronic communication to increase enrollment and provide distributor training and education.
- Manage region independently and show initiative in sales activities.
- Manage international marketing localization, using translation
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years' marketing experience in the Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry required.
- BS/BA degree in marketing, business, or other related field.
- Excellent relationship building, presentation, and communications skills.
- Ability to collaborate with both local and international cross-functional teams to ensure deliverable quality.
- Ability to facilitate feedback, promote cooperation, and identify and solve problems in a timely manner.
- Proven track record inspiring and motivating others, empowering autonomy, and making hard decisions. Strong work ethic, accountability, and cost consciousness.
