Project Coordinator Intern
Location: Servcorp, The Mercury Ville@Chidlom, 11th Floor Bangkok (Hybrid/Remote work available)
Duration: 2–4 months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between internal teams (Tech, Sales, Content, Accounting)
- Call clients or partners to arrange appointments
- Support Sales and Business Development teams with presentation materials, quotations, and reports
- Track project timelines and follow up on tasks
- Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and take notes
- Occasionally assist in on-site visits or installation trips (upcountry)
Requirements:
- University student (any major, preferably in Business, Communication, Management, etc.) (Open to students from all majors / backgrounds, with willingness to learn)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic Canva or video editing skills for social media
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable sharing new ideas
- English proficiency is a plus

หน้าที่หลัก:
- ประสานงานระหว่างทีมภายใน เช่น ทีมเทคนิค ฝ่ายขาย ทีมคอนเทนต์ และบัญชี
- โทรนัดหมายลูกค้าหรือพาร์ทเนอร์
- สนับสนุนทีมขายและพัฒนาธุรกิจ เช่น จัดทำพรีเซนต์ ใบเสนอราคา และรายงาน
- ติดตามไทม์ไลน์ของโปรเจกต์ และประสานงานให้งานเดินหน้า
- นัดหมายประชุม เตรียมเอกสาร และจดบันทึก
- ออกพื้นที่หรือเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดในบางครั้ง (เช่น ติดตั้งระบบ)
คุณสมบัติ:
- นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัย (ทุกสาขา ยินดีรับน้องที่อยากเรียนรู้งาน)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
- ใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ PowerPoint
- ใช้ Canva หรือโปรแกรมตัดต่อวิดีโอเบื้องต้นได้
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ กล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น
- หากใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
