Job Description:Strategy & Project CoordinationSupport the implementation and tracking of strategic initiatives and excellence-related projectsPrepare presentations, meeting materials, and progress reportsCompile and monitor I&PD KPIs and budget reports in collaboration with relevant teamsCoordinate follow-up actions from leadership or cross-functional meetingsFactory Visit CoordinationDesign and manage factory visits tailored to stakeholders (e.g. innovation open houses, investor tours, global press visits)Collaborate across teams to shape visit content, prepare agendas, briefing kits, and handle logisticsAct as the key contact during visits to ensure a seamless experienceTeam Events & EngagementOrganize team-building activities, offsite events, and celebration of key milestonesDrive internal initiatives to promote team recognition, well-being, and a positive team cultureCommunication & EngagementCoordinate internal and external communications in collaboration with corporate and investor relations teamsDevelop newsletters, campaign materials, and updates that drive team alignment and engagementQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BA, Arts etc)A background or coursework in strategy, operations, or organizational development is a plusMinimum 2 years of experience in project managementStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is essential.The role requires excellent organizational and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Good command of English and native Thai
