Job Description:

Product Specialist is responsible for achieving sales of pharmaceutical products to new and established accounts, aiming to meet sales objectives and enhance market penetration. This position is eligible for sales incentives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve objectives by servicing customers within a designated territory.
• Schedule appointments and deliver planned sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify and target new customer accounts, expand product listings, and cultivate partnerships with key opinion leaders and prescribers.
• Initiate new customer contacts and arrange meetings to promote products and gather market intelligence.
• Conduct effective on-site visits to customer locations to assess orders, market conditions, and gather valuable insights.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports and market intelligence documentation as required.
• Follow up with customers to address any issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Contribute to sales forecasting and closely monitor sales performance metrics.
• Collect and analyze relevant marketing data, and identify potential business impacts such as e-bidding and tender opportunities.
• Participate in special projects aimed at improving overall company performance.
• Adhere strictly to the company’s policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• 2-3 years of direct experience as a Medical Representative, Sales Representative, or Product Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Immunology.
• Proven experience working in a hybrid sales area.
• Proficient in both Thai and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong presentation skills and computer literacy.
• Able to travel to up country (Northeastern)
