As an Associate Product Manager / Product Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by manage end-to-end marketing with focusing in Stoma care, Wound care, Wound Drainage, Vascular graft and Urinary care Product
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an updated Marketing Plan that aligns with SBA and divisional goals while fostering an ethical, collaborative work environment.
- Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and motivate marketing staff while directing daily activities and ensuring performance improvement.
- Research market trends, assess feasibility of new products, and recommend implementation strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
- Drive business strategies for long-term goals, ensuring sales, market share, and profitability while maintaining regulatory and ethical compliance.
- Regularly update sales personnel with product knowledge, develop promotional materials, and initiate marketing activities aligned with market trends.
- Establish relationships with key suppliers, industry leaders, and regulatory bodies while maintaining an up-to-date customer database.
- Conduct field visits, monitor inventory and supply chain management, and address product complaints promptly to ensure smooth operations Provide regular reports, analyze market data patterns, and stay updated through industry collaborations and training programs.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor degree health science such as nurse, medical technology, physical therapy, biomedical engineeing, medical science, pharmaceutical
- Has experince in marketing at least 2 years in healthcare business (product specialist is consideration)
- Good presentation skill Intermediate level for communication in English
