Minimum Qualifications: 1. 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy. 2. Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment.3. Good understanding and appreciation of the business landscape and culture in Thailand.4. A team player and collaborator, strong relationship-building and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in media, advertising or technology industries preferred.2. Proven experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans, especially events, are preferred. 3. Excellent in project management. Ability to quickly complete/execute large volumes of work with high quality and attention to detail. 4. Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up.5. Strong communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
