Job Description
We are seeking an inspiring Director of Marketing & Communications to lead our brand presence in one of the most dynamic hospitality markets in the world. This is an opportunity to shape the narrative of a globally respected luxury brand, driving results through creativity, innovation, and strategic leadership.
In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Area Director of Marketing, the Corporate Office, and your on-property team to set, establish, and deliver exceptional performance. Your mission is to unlock the hotel’s full potential through innovative campaigns, compelling storytelling, and meaningful engagement with key media and international agencies.
You will lead and mentor a passionate team, building a culture that thrives on excellence, collaboration, and forward-thinking ideas. You will oversee the hotel’s Marketing & Communications strategies, adapting to evolving markets while ensuring brand standards are upheld to the highest level.
In today’s fast-paced digital landscape, you will champion the power of social media and digital marketing, ensuring the brand’s voice is consistent, engaging, and relevant across all channels. You will foster partnerships with industry influencers and strategic collaborators to elevate visibility and strengthen brand affinity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international degree in Marketing, Business, or Commerce; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of international marketing and communications experience in luxury hospitality or a top-tier agency
- Proven leadership experience as Assistant Director or Director of Marketing & Communications within a luxury hotel brand or premium lifestyle brand
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive performance through brand-led initiatives
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, able to balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution
- Collaborative leader with experience managing diverse teams and cross-functional projects
- Comfortable navigating fast-changing environments, with a strong desire to innovate and continuously improve
- Track record of building integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable results across all channels
