Job Description
- Direct and oversee the functionality and safety of the hotel which are mechanical, electrical, plumbing & heating, life and safety system, maintenance of building and kitchen equipment.
Oversee and develop engineering Department operating budget according to the company guidelines.
Manage the maintenance & renovation project.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management level.
- Experienced in a hotel renovation is preferable.
- Strong technical competencies & managerial skills.
