What we offer:
Review & verify conformity to ensure execution of the both stationary equipment and piping works are performed according to the standard code and engineering specification. Plan, Develop and review asset strategy of stationary equipment and piping in Plants and Utilities area. Follow up, monitor, evaluate performance & improvement of stationary equipment& piping reliability and FAM cost on target. Provide troubleshooting and analytical problem solving of critical or repetitive problems concern to piping and static equipment. Has co-functional responsibility for people development in reliability, standard code and engineering specification concern to piping& stationary equipment. Supervise piping technicians and contractors to ensure the work qualities of piping and stationary equipment for maintenance, inspection and repairing, In order to maintain the equipment availability and high plant reliability and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Establish, Improve and Maintain the technical master data/information of stationary equipment and piping up-to-date and according to the defined specifications, e.g. spare parts (BOM) and functional location in SAP system.
Implement SAP maintenance module (MtS) e.g. AKZ & Equipment master data, BOM, RBWS of Notification & Order, Task list & maintenance plan,…etc.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) methodology for problem solving to eliminate the root causes of failure and improve stationary equipment and piping reliability.
Familiar with “Defect Elimination” and able to analyze the defects, and define the corrective actions. Ensure the implementation of corrective action to prevent future similar defects.
Collaborate with technical plant engineer/process engineers/inspection engineer for solving the product quality issues and maintain the corrective action to prevent the recurrence problem.
Support the Planner and Supervisor in managing non-routine and high priority maintenance jobs
Collaborate with other departments to support the concerned tasks which impact with plant maintenance e.g. International Trade Compliance, customs process, export control, …etc.
Lead, coach and provide technical knowledge for piping, pressure vessel, insulation and scaffolding teams to ensure the people knowledge and skills can execute all those jobs to meet with the international codes and company standard.
To give instruction and verify on the engineering document that have be prepared correctly e.g. sketch & Isometric drawing, test package, certification and as-built document according to the local and company requirements.
Review & verify conformity to ensure the materials and source of material for fabrications e.g. plate, welding electrode, piping, fitting, valve and gasket with the certificates and the design to comply with company standard.
Support the new comer engineer for maintenance strategy and routine maintenance reliability, standard code and engineering specification concern to piping& stationary equipment.
What you offer:
Qualifications
Bachelor in engineering and at least 7 years of experience in similar job
Strong technical piping and vessel knowledge and familiar with API & ASME codes.
Strong analytical skills, Ability to work under pressure, Proactively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good motivation team, coaching- Planning skill and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organization goals.
Courageous to overcome complexity.
