We are seeking future data scientists and analysts to find solutions to business problems through data analytics, modelling, and building practical, real-world solutions. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with less than two years of experience who are ambitious and primarily focused on accelerating their career. Key Responsibilities:
Build and improve approval and limit management strategies
- Collect and clean data; build analytical datasets for analysis and reporting
- Assess new data sources for potential use
- Build new features for ML models and evaluate their performance
- Try new ML modeling approaches to improve model performance
- Set up AI agent flows to automate or augment processes
- Build financial models to forecast new product profitability
- Design and execute experiments to test policy effects
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement policies
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly
Qualifications:

- Proficiency with analytical tools like Excel, Jupyter Notebook, Databricks, or similar.
- Familiarity with SQL and Python (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or another quantitative field
- Working proficiency in English
