Job overview
We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Computer Science teacher to deliver engaging and challenging lessons from Year 7 to Year 10, including Cambridge IGCSE Computer Science. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the digital literacy and technical skills of our students, preparing them for success in the modern, technology-driven world.
Responsibilities:
Teach Computer Science to students in Years 7–10, including preparation for IGCSE examinations.
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students.
Contribute to the integration of technology across the school curriculum.
Support school events, ECAs, and the wider learning community.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT, or a related field (PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification preferred).
Experience teaching IGCSE or similar international curricula.
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for technology and coding.
A collaborative and adaptable approach, with excellent communication skills.
International teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
