We are seeking future data scientists and analysts to find solutions to business problems through data analytics, modelling, and building practical, real-world solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Build and improve approval and limit management strategies
Collect and clean data; build analytical datasets for analysis and reporting
Assess new data sources for potential use
Build new features for ML models and evaluate their performance
Try new ML modeling approaches to improve model performance
Set up AI agent flows to automate or augment processes
Build financial models to forecast new product profitability
Design and execute experiments to test policy effects
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement policies
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly
Qualifications:

Proficiency with analytical tools like Excel, Jupyter Notebook, Databricks, or similar.
Familiarity with SQL and Python (or willingness to learn quickly)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or another quantitative field
Working proficiency in English
