Job Description
Hybrid-Remote — must be able to join meetings in our Bangkok office once or twice per week
We’re looking for our first data hire — an early-career problem-solver who can help turn messy numbers into clear, trustworthy insights.
You’ll be working closely with the Head of Tech Operations to keep our data clean, dashboards sharp, and teams informed. This is a hands-on role that’s part assistant, part builder, part translator.
If you’re a fresh grad or just starting your career, comfortable learning on the job, and excited to help a fast-moving SaaS team make smarter decisions, this is for you.
🛠 What you’ll do
- Talk to humans, not just databases — turn real business questions into useful data requests.
- Make data clean and usable — handle entry, cleaning, and basic engineering (ETL) so nothing breaks.
- Build dashboards people trust — design in Looker Studio with clarity and consistency.
- Keep the pipes flowing — maintain/improve data pipelines (dbt, BigQuery, Fivetran, APIs, Segment, GA4, Mixpanel, HubSpot).
- Be the quality gatekeeper — set up checks for freshness, accuracy, and anomalies.
Qualifications

- You’re an excellent communicator with professional-level English skills, able to explain SQL joins to a marketer without making their eyes glaze over.
- You’re a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn.
- You have solid SQL skills and love problem-solving.
- You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable in unstructured environments.

- You need lots of rigid processes and micromanagement to work effectively.
- You only want to do high-level analysis without touching raw data or ETL tasks.
