เนื้องานโดยย่อ: หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
  • Acquire new service/product by monitoring service trend, search volume and develop the service/product with cross-functional team
  • Collect product information, key selling point and onboard new service/product on sales channels
  • Research end-user persona to develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to develop product positioning
  • Understand customer insight and get feedback across functional team
  • Develop customer journey and experience for each service/product to drive conversion at all touchpoint
  • Conduct product testing and develop scalable service/product
  • Evaluate project and recommend decision based on relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospect customer
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey regarding to product feature adoption and usage
  • Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
คุณสมบัติ:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or similar field, or at least two years of marketing experience
  • Experience in market analysis
  • Experience as a Product Marketing is a plus
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics and WebTrends
  • Experience in home improvement or home service are a big plus
