Job Purpose
Quality control on voice files (YES File and No File) to ensure that they are align with OIC Regulations, FWD regulation and guideline
Key Responsibilities:
- 100% complete monitoring yes files align with OIC Regulations and sales script with no complaint case from customer about sales quality.
- Monitor no files (Unsuccessful cases) with summary report, at least minimum 5 Cases/Working days.
- Clear QC pending cases by the end of the month (Paid case only). Pending status cases must not over 0-5%
- Provide the quality check list and barrier of sales skills to direct supervisor.
- Analyze data after complete voice file checking in order to identify the sale improvement.
