Provide constructive feedback to moderators and support performance improvement.
Participate in calibration sessions and maintain consistency in enforcement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (policy, training, product) to enhance tools, workflows, and policies.
Support quality-related projects and process optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
More than 1 year of experience in content moderation, quality assurance, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience working with live-streaming or social media platforms.
Familiarity with content policies and global community guidelines.
Proficiency in QA tools (e.g., CMS, dashboards, Excel).
Multilingual skills or understanding of regional content sensitivities.
Prior experience in Trust & Safety or risk operations teams.
