We are looking to for an experienced Head of Telesales to head up our growing telesales team. As a head telesales you will be responsible monitoring the performance and KPI of the Delegate team.
What You'll Do:
· Managing 20 - 30 telesales executives
· Provide training and knowledge for the telesales
· Managing Team and individual KPI
· Working with event team to identify lead, prospect and benefit to attend business event
· Chance to make $$$ commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ฿50,000.00 - ฿60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
