Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategy & Channel Optimization: Design and implement RTM frameworks—including delivery structures, infrastructure improvements, and capability-building efforts. Regularly assess and refine partner systems to align with national goals, using insights to streamline execution and secure competitive advantage.
- Strengthen Performance & Efficiency: Develop and refine KSI metrics and remuneration frameworks to drive distributor effectiveness. Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, while also running initiatives like route optimization and capability-building programs. Ensure timely, accurate payments and monitor budget utilization to boost productivity.
- Market Engagement & Strategic Insights: Stay connected to the field through regular visits to sales channels. Use these insights to advise continuous improvement of distribution models and stay in sync with market dynamics.
- Champion Clear Communication & Controls: Oversee the preparation and delivery of contracts, memos, incentive schemes, and program updates—ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment across internal teams and external partners
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English
- 3+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably within FMCG or distribution-related industries
- Experience in Route-to-Market strategy or distribution operations
- Validated leadership and coordination capabilities in a fast-paced environment
