Job Duties:
· Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, expense reporting, invoice processing, and file archiving.
· Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel plans for executives.
· Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
· Draft, proofread, and organize business documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
· Arrange domestic and international travel including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
· Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Monitor ongoing executive projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed.
· Communicate effectively with internal departments, clients, and partners on behalf of the executive.
· Assist with personal tasks and ad hoc requests to support the executive’s productivity and efficiency.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with senior-level executives.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
- Critical on attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible scheduling.
