HSA Maintenance Engineering is responsible to ensure all production equipment in factory are in good condition ranging from high-end robotic automation to precision tooling methodology. About the role - you will:
· Responsible for maintenance activity in frontline production cleanroom. Ranging from machine troubleshooting , Equipment setup , Product defect verification · Support task from equipment engineer on deliverable task such as, install machine part, fixture or even create & design prototype of machine part. · Work collaboratively with manufacturing team in production line to delivery equipment OEE and production output per weekly/shiftly plan. หน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบ: · รับผิดชอบงานซ่อมบำรุงที่เกี่ยวของในสายการผลิตปลอดฝุ่น ซึ่งมีตั้งแต่การแก้ไขปัญหาของเครื่องจักร การติดตั้งเครื่องจักร การวิเคราะห์ความผิดปกติของชิ้นงานในสายการผลิต · รับผิดชอบงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากวิศวกรในงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ติดตั้งอะไหล่เครื่องจักร ชุดยึดจับชิ้นงาน รวมไปถึงทดลองชิ้นงานต้นแบบ · ทำงานร่วมกันกับทีมฝ่ายผลิตหน้างานเพื่อส่งมอบเครื่องจักรที่มีค่าประสิทธิภาพ(OEE) และได้ผลผลิต (Output) ตามแพลนรายสัปดาห์/รายกะ
About you:
