A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Understanding the Scope of Projects: required to thoroughly comprehend the project requirements and objectives, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes.
- Writing Basic User Requirement Specifications: responsible for drafting user requirement specifications (URS) that outline the necessary features and functionalities of the project, ensuring alignment with hygienic design principles.
- Supplier Consultation and Analysis: required to consult with 2-3 suppliers, analyze their offers, and make suggestions based on your evaluation of their capabilities, quality, and pricing.
- Supplier Selection: Based on analysis, recommend the most suitable supplier(s) for the project, considering factors such as cost-effectiveness, quality, and reliability.
- Contractor and Factory Activities Organization: responsible for coordinating and organizing contractors and factory activities, ensuring smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Installation Follow-up: monitor the installation process, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer is a plus, preferably in the field of small capex projects.
- Strong knowledge of hygienic design principles and their application in project execution.
- Ability to independently comprehend project scopes and write basic user requirement specifications.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier offers and make informed recommendations.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
