Senior Finance Analyst – Segment Software
Your Role in Our Team
As Senior Finance Analyst for our Segment Software, you will support end-to-end financial control and insights across Körber’s PAS-X software business in Asia. From project profitability to resource chargeability, from product development cost tracking to intercompany governance, your role will bridge financial precision with operational scale.
Based in Bangkok, you’ll work closely with the Head of Corporate Functions Asia and interface with regional delivery teams, global BU controllers, and functional leads. Your insights and systems will help shape key decisions across project execution, product investment, and cross-entity alignment.
If you're hands-on in Excel, structured in thinking, and excited about building scalable financial logic inside a growing, matrixed organization—this role is for you.

- Track forecast accuracy and billing health in coordination with project managers and delivery leads
- Support margin improvement discussions with FP&A and segment heads
Chargeability & Resource Efficiency
- Analyze utilization trends across development and consulting teams
- Maintain capacity models and chargeability dashboards in Excel or JIRA

Product & R&D Controlling
- Support cost tracking for product development, including capitalization logic where applicable
- Partner with global product and R&D leads to align spend to roadmap and capacity planning
Affiliate & Global Cost Center Governance
- Reconcile cross-entity recharges (e.g. India-to-Germany development services)
- Support logic and reporting for global cost centers (e.g. Global Sales, Dev Network)
- Ensure clean audit trails for intercompany invoicing and service cost allocation
Tools, Templates & Reporting
- Build and maintain Excel models and financial tracking tools for project and product teams
- Collaborate with global BU controlling and regional finance to align on reporting structures
- Translate operational data into insights that support monthly reviews and planning
What You Need to Succeed in This
- 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or project finance (ideally in software or B2B services)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, scenario planning); familiarity with JIRA a plus
- Experience with capacity tracking, delivery financials, or cross-border cost structures
- Able to communicate clearly across business and finance audiences
- Structured, reliable, and comfortable working in an international matrix
- Fluent in English
