We are looking for a dedicated Ops Performance Analyst to join our Global Operations (COO) Performance and Productivity Team. This team plays a crucial role in optimizing financial and performance management processes, supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and analysis. You will enhance efficiency and support decision-making across +50 business units and all Lines of Business (LoB), impacting approximately 17,000 FTE globally.Key Responsibilities:
- Dashboard Design: Create and update Power BI dashboards for insightful analysis.
- Report Automation: Use VBA and macros to streamline report generation.
- Operational Analysis: Analyze metrics like volume, efficiency, cycle time, quality, and service.
- KPI Tracking: Develop scorecards for KPI tracking and support forecasting and capacity planning.
- MIS Support: Ensure effective management information systems.
- Report Production: Timely and accurate production and distribution of management reports.
- Documentation: Document MIS processes for smooth operations.
- Data Presentation: Present clear and actionable findings to management.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency enhancements.
- Project Communication: Keep management and stakeholders updated on project statuses.
- Financial Controls: Support financial health and risk management efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis/science/engineering in performance-driven environments.
- Proficiency in SQL (Python is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, experience in MS Power BI, Power Query, and VBA.
- Advantageous experience in Data Management, Big Data, WFM, CRM, and Telephony systems.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strategic mindset for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Preferable: Experience with SAP or similar financial software.
- Preferable: Experience in large matrix organizations, ideally in Insurance or Assistance busines
