Position Summary
The Marketing and Sales Manager plays a strategic and executional leadership role in driving the success of BMS’s cardiovascular portfolio across Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam. This role is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle—from early access program (EAP) implementation and pre-launch planning to post-approval commercialization—ensuring timely market readiness, cross-functional alignment, and sustainable business growth. The position serves as the key local point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external partners, including healthcare professionals, and commercial collaborators. The manager will lead both sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market dynamics.
We are looking for leaders who can inspire and motivate a team to reach and exceed business goals and objectives while maximizing their growth and development potential, in line with BMS compliance policies.
The position reports directly to the Country Commercial Lead SEA and works collaboratively across matrix of Commercial, Medical, Access organizations, Worldwide commercial and brand team and other field roles to appropriately address customer needs and ensure that BMS delivers on set brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Early Access & Pre-Launch
o Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Market Access to shape the ecosystem and prepare for regulatory and reimbursement milestones.
o Be a partner with the commercial collaborators for early access program (EAP) implementation
o Lead HCP education initiatives and diagnostic capability building.

o Drive cross-functional launch readiness planning using global frameworks and local insights.
Launch Execution
o Collaborate with cross-functional team to uncover insights and develop brand plans
o Work with cross function team to identify potentials for new brands and to build a robust launch
strategy as well as the launch readiness and achievement of key business objectives post-launch
o Develop launch trackers for each new product launch and ensure KPIs are met
o Provide precise sales forecast numbers based on patient flows (as per BMS budget cycle) and ensure
demand forecast accuracy
o Manage budget and investment of resources in line with strategy & objectives
Sales & Marketing Integration
o Design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to public and private segments.
o Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies based on market feedback and competitive landscape.
o Coach and collaborate with field team to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of BMS.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Science/Pharmacy/Medical related field, with MBA or other Advanced Degree Preferred
Minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Prior experience as a Product Manager with
marketing experience in cardiovascular field strongly preferred including an understanding of reimbursement
processes, access, distribution environment and people management
Proven track record demonstrating breadth and depth across strategy & marketing competencies, including
contribution to strategic planning & execution of key deliverables
Experience in mobilizing matrix team members, embracing teamwork, and project management within a crossfunctional
environment
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively and efficiently
drive performance
Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
Ability to create a winning culture by motivating and enabling collaboration in the team to achieve key
objectives in a complex and evolving market
Fluent in English
