The Digital Sales and Marketing Manager for DHL eCommerce Thailand will be responsible for developing and executing digital sales strategies aimed at driving business growth through all digital sale channels and enhancing our brand visibility in the eCommerce sector. This role focuses on leading campaigns, activations, and lead generation efforts that contribute to customer acquisition and retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies to drive business growth and increase presence of DHL eCommerce in digital platforms (e.g. social media, third party partners, mobile application)
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns and activations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with sales teams and partners to create and optimize lead generation initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- While marketing communication is not the primary focus, support communication initiatives as needed to promote brand awareness.
Desired Skills / Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital sales and marketing, preferably within the eCommerce or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving lead generation efforts
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and GDN.
- Minimum Educational Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
- Good command in English
