Sales Support Officer

Customized logistics – worldwide from a single source. Leschaco (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Officer to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless customer service within the freight forwarding industry.

What you'll be doing

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing customer orders, generating quotations, and maintaining client records
  
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  
• Provide commercial support during implementations together with customer owner (SOP, SLA, a.o.)
  
• Actively participate in Trial Shipments process with Operations to ensure high quality service
  
• Support in the arrangement and preparation of meetings for other sales functions and roles

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  
• Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
  
• Good command in English
