Role Obejective:
- o achieve sales goals and corporate Straumann Group Thailand business objective for all assignment portfolios.
- To promote full range of company products in territory through his/her sales team and execute strategy and programs to drive sales.
- To work with Business Unit Manager to lead Neodent team to generate demand in the market through a collaborative and coaching framework
- To analyze and provide field feedback to the Business Units Manager regarding market trends, market expectations, competition, product feedback, innovations, product launch.
- To work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term overall account goals in line with STTH’s direction
- To maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned territory and /or product sector.
- To demonstrate deep expertise on our products knowledge and its application to customers.
- To develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of his/her team product knowledge, local healthcare systems, regulations, and potential impact on business.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial:
- Growth sales of Straumann Group assigned products throughout the assigned territory.
- Meet/exceed Neodent, Biomaterial, Digital sales revenue and market share growth targets across
- Develops a database maintained in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system of qualified leads attained through consultant referrals, face-to-face meetings, calls, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Sells and makes recommendations to prospects and customers on the various solutions STTH offers.
- Maximizes all opportunities within the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors.
- Gathers and submits detailed business information for pricing. Maximizes all opportunities to increase/maintain ASP.
- Develops and implements agreed upon business plan which will meet both personal and business goals by expanding customer base in the assigned territory.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients to ensure of the fulfillment long-term goals.
Channel Management:
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships with customers service, DKSH team, and their employees. Identify and develop new channels to market that enable us to get closer to the customer and drive better penetration of our services. Manage such channel change appropriately.
- Track PO pending, consignment placements, stock replenishment, borrow goods and other service deliverables to monitor and ensure that our products have proper penetration at company best interest.
- Organize and communicate product training, education, and related information to customers on a continuous basis.
- Work with customer service, sales team, Business Unit Manager, and product managers to support their sales efforts and to meet with key customers and prospective customers.
- Organize and participate in regular meetings with customer service team to manage borrow goods, consignment in a timely manner.
Customer Management:
- Maintain and develop relationships with KOLS and decision makers.
- Support clinical cases with proper inventory and tech knowledge that positions Straumann Group as an exemplary organization with excellent patient service capabilities.
- Maintain knowledge of competitor’s products, activities, and strategies in the territory.
- Generate very deep market knowledge of potential, size, share, usage patterns around the assigned territory and areas to drive growth. Tailor channel, product marketing and KOL engagement strategies to maximize growth.
Team Engagement:
To lead the local team, influence and drive market development opportunities in the assigned territory
- Drive therapy penetration rates; accelerate introduction, acceptance, and adoption of all STG assigned therapies.
- Communicate developments in techniques and technologies, impact of education programs, competitive activities, and customer response back to Business Unit Manager and leadership team.
- Lead, develop and inspire the local team to exceed their business and professional growth objectives.
- Drive professional and effective sales in terms of organization, administration, inventory management.
- Lead the development of a business growth plan and align with Business Unit Manager then execute with Neodent team in BKK.
- Provide regular sales coaching in the field and by phone (e.g. pre-/post-call planning/review; feedback re: written sales reports; etc.), ensuring professional selling skills are utilized effectively.
- Work with direct reports to ensure every member of your team has set clear goals and direction as well as career development advice and support. Consistently set and meet quarterly performance goals.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Submits accurate and timely reports to management monthly regarding travel and support rendered.
- Supports finance team and operation team to manage Borrow Goods and AR requirements.
- Completes expense reports with necessary documentation.
- Schedules travel arrangements to ensure multiple objectives are accomplished.
- Balances administrative duties with other job responsibilities.
Maintain certification eligibility, training requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Early to mid-career professional with 7-10 years of experience in the dental industry demonstrating strong ambition to grow the business and develop in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline OR applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education required. Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmaceutical or Life science related field preferred.
- Proven track record of excellent sales results.
