The Role
- Acquire new clients through prospecting, networking and cold calling to ensure technology sales quotas are achieved each quarter
- Developing a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory and accounts
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal development, product demonstrations with SMEs, negotiations and contracting.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans for each major opportunity
- Participating in sales calls and meetings to determine appropriate resources or representation by other WTW divisions to win and close the deal
- Building and developing relationship to work with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with WTW insurance propositions.
- Reflecting input activity within and maintaining accurate and comprehensive sales database (Dynamics) and provide regular sales report and forecasts to management
- Maintaining awareness of market and industry trends
The Requirements
- 8 – 10 years of software sales experience
- 3 – 5 years selling into the insurance industry
- Understanding of insurance trends, ideal if you have experience working with actuaries and finance professional.
- Determination and a great attitude
- Able to travel 50% of time within the assigned territory
- Able to communicate in Thai language
