Job Position
Responsible for overseeing the company's customer relations, business development, and sales operations.Visiting clients on an annual basis, going to conferences exclusive to the industry, and looking for new markets and business prospects.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and approach industrial clients, including but not limited to waste generators, waste processors and waste collectors.
- Negotiating sales deals with customers, i.e. Waste Generators, Waste Owners, and following up on a regular basis.
- Manage orders, contracts, and original documentation with customers.
- Arrange efficient logistics to fulfill operational requirements in each specific plant and to minimize the cost of transportation.
- Liaise with customers on payments as well as address logistical or quality issues to maintain a strong business relationship.
- Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards, industry and economic trends, and also sales and margin goals.
- Maintenance of current customers: Including analysis of current lanes to assure we are competitive and also providing excellent service. Also, soliciting for other businesses from customers.
- Monthly financial analysis: including determining the overall success of current customer profiles.
- Oversee the documentation with the Department of Industrial Works and all related licenses regarding the disposal of wastes.
- Arrange the monthly or weekly supply to provide an abundance of waste for continuous operation.
- Maintain close collaboration with the production team to support seamless of smooth operation on a monthly and weekly basis.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, account executive, or related field in waste-to-energy or industrial waste business.
- Strong B2B sales experience (preferably in industrial or environmental services)
- Knowledge of waste regulations and environmental laws.
- Good negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Analytical mindset to assess client needs and offer cost-effective solutions.
- Able to travel across provinces area of Thailand.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
- Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
