Job Overview
Maximize sales growth in a specified geographical territory, consistent with Company strategy and objectives. This is achieved by educating and informing physicians and/or specified target audience on the value-added benefits of the customer’s products or services versus others in the marketplace.
Essential Functions
- The manager will develop market insights and understand influencers on the market and accounts / customers. (S)He will identify, develop and pull through potential partnership opportunities with the accounts / customers.
- Responsible for managing accounts, the overall commercial performance of an account, team leading and developing key C-Suite/Administrative relationships.
- Development and implementation of customer plans for the assigned accounts.
- Working with state, regional or district business leaders and cross-functional specialists to ensure appropriate level of support for an Account.
- Segmenting and prioritizing accounts as well as identifying key customers within the accounts.
- Work with other stakeholders in the identification and development of additional revenue opportunities as well as the identification of competitor and market activities.
- Target’s key hospitals in Bangkok (BKK, incl. GPO) and key hospitals in Upcountry (UPC).
- Collaborate with Business Unit Manager (BUM) and sales team to protect or listing products in target hospitals.
- Collaborate with BUM and sales team to planning, tailor micro marketing and execute customer plan / activities in target hospitals.
- Build long-term relation with key stakeholders, key decision marker, hospital director in target hospitals.
- Identify tender process, timelines, competitive landscape and key stakeholders to build tender planning and create product’s performance score for secure tender business in target hospitals.
- Working with BUM and client's team to forecast price erosion and appropriate price of each products for bidding to win tender business.
- Working with sales team to identify key potential users and build relationship to drive guideline for anti-infectives portfolio to increase patient accessibility.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences or related field- 5 years’ varied experience in a range of customer types and therapy areas
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Typically requires 2 years of prior relevant experience. Up to three (3) years relevant sales or account management experience and/or solution sales management experience (preferred).
- Good understanding of Pharma Market and related procedures.
- Understanding and general knowledge of health service at both national and local level in terms of structures and procedures.
- Experience in Anti-Infectives business
- Ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders and health representatives in the territory and in the specialty segment.
- Fluency software operating systems, such as MS Office and customer relationship management systems
- Demonstrable previous experience of face to face presentations to customers.
- Ability to mentor and train colleagues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage own workload with minimal guidance and to coordinate the work of others.
- Ability to monitor and plan to meet project objectives.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
