AROL Group is looking for a Representative Office Manager who will become the company's main point of reference in SOUTHEAST ASIA and will play a strategic role in the growth of the area/market.
Part of the AROL Group are:
- AROL dedicated to the design and production of capping systems, as well as cap orientation and feeding systems for bottling lines;
- TIRELLI specialist in the design and production of filling, capping, and labeling systems, mainly for the cosmetics, personal care, and pharmaceutical industries.
- UNIMAC–GHERRI which manufactures machines and packaging lines for food products. The company's core business is the filling and closing of glass, metal, and plastic containers with twist-off and pre-threaded caps, for packaging dense, semi-dense, and pasty products;
- MACA ENGINEERING specialized in the construction and supply of automatic machines and lines for the production and assembly of aluminum and plastic caps and closures;
- LAMFI EQUIPMENT specialized in the construction of automatic machines for inserting disks and assembling plastic closures.
Posizione:
Main tasks:
- Business development activities in the Southeast Asian market: proactive prospecting, identification of new customers, and strengthening relationships with existing clients;
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead qualification to deal closing;
- Participate in trade shows and networking activities to increase brand visibility;
- Under the supervision of the headquarters, he will be responsible for overseeing budget management and developing growth strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with the parent company's vision;
- Coordination and development of the local team;
- Manage relationships with external consultants for technical service and accounting activities;
- Management of relations with the Head Quarter;
- Provide timely reports and budgets.

Requirements:
- If not already present, willingness to relocate to Thailand
- Strong sales aptitude
- Availability for very frequent business trips throughout Southeast Asia
- Experience in commercial/strategic roles in machinery/ packaging companies (in general, experience in the capital goods sector)
- Previous experience in a foreign branch is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Proactivity, flexibility, goal-oriented attitude
