Job Description
- Optimize the procurement process by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, airlines and suppliers.
- To ensure proper transition of customers to operations in line with customer requirements and internal procedures.
- Overseas and supervises transactional operations in the receiving area (delivery arrangement, planning and follow-up of shipment in the receiving area)
- Implement recommendations for improved efficiency, accuracy and cost savings.
- Pro-actively engage in all issues that will impact service and follow through to completion.
- Organizes, plans, and facilitates the day-to-day work for Airfreight team.
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
