Job Description
Quality Assurance:
- Summarize and document new patch updates
- Test website functionality, new features, events, and items before official release
- Identify and report bugs or issues found during testing
- Maintain and verify configuration settings and files for the website, in-game shop, and events
Design Brief Support:
- Assist in gathering and compiling events details for both daily active users and revenue to help prepare briefs for promotional banners.
Community Monitoring:
- Collaborate with the community team to monitor player feedback and sentiment on social media and official channels.
- Provide actionable insights, especially during new event launches, to improve content and user experience.
Marketplace Monitoring:
- Monitor the Transfer Market for unusual activity or signs of abuse, providing regular reports to the team.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of football and prior experience with FC Online is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work systematically
- English reading and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and management
