Tomorrowland is on the hunt for a visionary Marketing Manager to elevate our brand in Thailand.
In this exciting role, you’ll lead key marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and campaign execution across digital, social, and experiential platforms. You’ll be responsible for strategic planning, content creation, partnerships, and performance analysis to ensure maximum impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the marketing team, define the organizational structure, and manage relationships with suppliers.
Oversee planning, budgeting, festival operations, and post-event reporting.
Set deadlines and weekly milestones, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Collaborate closely with internal departments, sponsors, and local partners.
Align with DC Set and WAOW teams to ensure smooth execution.
Manage and control the marketing budget.
Prepare structured reports for various stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Define key KPIs and deliver clear performance reports and feedback.
MUST-HAVES:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in music, festivals, or live entertainment.
Strong communication skills in English and Thai.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and platforms.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Calm and creative under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Passion for music, arts, and live events, with cultural awareness of the Thai market.
