About Us
We are seeking a dynamic and digitally savvy Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with solid experience in digital marketing who is looking to take the next step toward a managerial position. Working closely with the Corporate Marketing Team, you will support and lead the execution of brand and performance marketing initiatives to enhance visibility, engagement, and growth for Nikki Beach Koh Samui.

Key Responsibilities
Drive and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels (including email, social, SEM, display, and content platforms).
Optimize website and landing page content for SEO and lead generation purposes.
Manage the property’s social media presence with a strategic lens, including planning, scheduling, publishing, community management, and performance tracking.
Develop and oversee local email marketing campaigns, managing lists, design, content, and reporting.
Lead the local digital marketing calendar, aligning with property-specific goals and brand strategy.
Support paid advertising campaigns in collaboration with Corporate Marketing, including audience targeting, creative briefing, and reporting.
Assist in managing relationships with external vendors or agencies where needed.
Analyze and report on marketing KPIs and performance metrics, offering actionable insights.
Support event promotions, online visibility, influencer collaborations, and local press exposure.
Collaborate with F&B, entertainment, and hotel teams to develop promotional content and messaging aligned with business goals.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp or similar).
Proficient with social media management tools, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles is a strong plus.
Proactive, curious, and data-driven with an eye for detail and design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
