Marketing Assistant (Junior/Associate)
Bangkok, Thailand (Full-time)
- Monitor and reply to comments on Fastwork and Fastwork.life’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat on CK's Product Card to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage and coordinate the marketing communication timeline, including scheduling and updating website banners and pop-ups according to the planned timeline.
- Publish and schedule social media content, including writing engaging captions for 3 different platforms.
- Provide support for special marketing initiatives, including but not limited to campaigns, KOL/influencer collaborations, and testimonial collection.
- Assist with occasional administrative tasks, such as coordinating logistics for special projects, among others.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the marketing field (New graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Background in a marketplace or an e-commerce platform.
- Background in handling communication and interactions via social media.
- Experience in project management.
