Some of the things we'd like you to do:
- Completion of Tactical Plans, Performance Reports, and Post-Campaign Analysis as directed by the Associate Director or Director, across all digital inventory (from search to video) for the campaigns within their scope
- Responsible for expressing the rationale behind media investment decisions and evidencing the performance vs. expected outcomes
- Development multiple case studies throughout the course of the year to be leveraged in internal training/on-boarding as well as in new business
- Accountable for the completion of and adherence to Campaign Analysts Plans
- Responsible for the quality of reporting and insights within assigned campaigns.
- Host client 1-1 meetings and sync-ups
- Contributes content to and present at Media Planning Milestone Meetings such as tactical presentations and post campaign analysis
- Deliver quarterly, semi-annual, or annual updates on work quality as it relates to workstreams (Quarterly business review, Learning Agenda, Platform Evaluations)
- Identify new vendors/partners while maintaining a POV on them
- Drives how syndicated and first party data is used within the campaign lifecycle
- Support global alignment and collaboration at the Client Pod level
- Ensure successful onboarding of new Essentials by creating onboarding plans
- Manage 2-4 direct media planning reports to support career growth/development
A bit about yourself:
- At least 4-6 years’ experience in the Digital Media or Advertising field
- Solid understanding of media concepts/terms, creative and budget requirements
- Solid grasp of digital marketing, especially a deep knowledge of digital media
- Ability to forecast outcomes of brand/DR campaigns and manage spend
- Experience with Media Research Tools (Comscore, GWI, TGI, YouGov) Preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the desire to progress
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
- Proven problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
