Bangkok Marketing Experienced (Individual Contributor)
Job Description
- Engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) who can influence potential players. Execute KOL marketing projects across diverse channels.
- Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies
- Identify and build relationships with KOLs
- Source new KOLs for the “Creator Program” and manage the program smoothly
- Research relevant industry experts, audience, and users to match KOLs with our game
- Brainstorm creative KOL campaign approaches
- Track emerging trends, technologies, and KOLs
- Collaborate with the marketing team on KOL partnerships
- Monitor campaigns, ensure contract compliance, and drive improvements
- Handle paperwork (payments, KOL contracts)
- Provide consultation on KOL marketing operations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business / Marketing a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience in KOL / Influencer management with good understanding of KOL marketing and KOL work styles
- Experienced in gaming or related industry with strong passion in games
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Organized, good time management, able to work overtime
- Strong interpersonal & networking skills
- Detail-oriented, creative, problem solver
- Cheerful, proactive, team player, works well under pressure in fast-paced environments
