Position Overview:
The Marketing Administrator is responsible for supporting the Marketing Preview Centre by performing all general and administration functions. Daily tasks will include lead management and report management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including filing, faxing, and other office duties for the Marketing Department.
- Update necessary information on the system
- Liaise with tour operators and taxi companies
- Screen incoming emails and phone calls and action promptly and professionally.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Print marketing reports and distribute as required.
- Assist marketing purchase orders and liaise with Finance for payment
- Assist with other general office duties.
- Provide administrative support to Marketing Management Team in accordance with directives set by Management, to facilitate the delivery of qualified tours/leads.
Key Performance Indicators:
Performance reviews will be conducted on an annual basis and may require coaching programs to enhance skills and overall productivity. This position will be measured against the following criteria:
- Complete all designated tasks, within allocated time frames.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and corporate suppliers.
- Treat all company team members and external contacts courteously and respectfully to assist in maintaining a positive company image both within the company and in the public domain.
Key Contacts:
- Internal: Marketing staff, (GSR’s, Tele Team), Sales Reception and Administration
- External: Marketing customers, Vendors (Taxi and Excursion Companies)
Working Days and Hours:
Your working days are a minimum of 5 days per week. Your working hours must be flexible depending on the reasonable demands of the business.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a discipline such as Business Administration or related field is desirable

- Deep familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, MS-Word) is desirable
- Good English and Chinese literacy and communications skills
- Previous experience of detailed process management
