Job context
Reporting to Territory Manager, the main role of Key Account Executive is to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction within assigned accounts. Duties include tasks related to sales development, technical support, and execution of marketing strategies in collaboration with Thailand’s distributors.
What you’ll do (missions)
- Provide sales and technical support to assigned key accounts.
- Deliver technical and marketing support to products sold via distributors and direct customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits, individually or with distributor teams.
- Lead product trials: prepare protocol, manage execution, collect and analyze results.
- Coordinate with regional and global technical teams to align technical approaches.
- Organize technical seminars and present products based on customer plans.
- Assist in the preparation of annual sales, marketing, and operational budgets.
- Identify new business opportunities and initiate contact with prospects.
- Act as a technical contact point, responding to inquiries and supporting marketing events.
- Maintain Olmix assets and represent the company professionally.
What you bring (hard skills, soft skills, level of education, experience, …)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Nutrition
3–5 years of experience in the Animal Industry, especially with feedmills and integrators
Proficiency in Thai and English languages
Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel
Valid driving license and ability to travel
Strong communication skills
Personal attributes: team player, integrity, and commitment
Job localization + home office (if existent), travels, …
Based in Thailand with hybrid working conditions. Frequent travel is expected to meet customers and support business development.

- An initial telephone interview with HR Dept.,: an opportunity to give you a brief introduction to the position and gather initial information about your profile.
- An interview (in person or by videoconference) with Territory Manager: you can talk in detail about your experience and what you’re looking for in your future position.
- Soft skill test via Assess First.
- A final interview (in person or by videoconference) with Commercial Director, to talk about what motivates you at work, and to go deeper into your soft skills (based on your tests results).
- A phone call a week after your last interview.
