Job Description
1、Manage and develop key accounts for the brand, ensuring growth and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
2、Create and implement strategic account plans to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development to align brand strategies with customer needs.
4、Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
5、Analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
6、Provide regular reports on account performance, market insights, and competitive analysis to senior management.
7、Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the brand or consumer goods industry.
3、Proven track record in managing and growing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term relationships.
4、Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
5、Excellent understanding of the market dynamics, brand positioning, and customer behavior.
6、Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
7、Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions.
