Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis and Business Specification Writing

This position will work with presales to gather customer requirements and translate them into clear, structured, and detailed business data specifications for internal teams, ensuring that calculations, logic, and expected outputs are clearly defined. This includes exploring data to understand patterns, feature relevance, and performance metrics to provide insightful and actionable insights to customers. Success in this area means anticipating business needs, identifying potential data issues early, and ensuring specs are both practical and technically robust.

2. Project Coordination

This position will lead planning and coordination of project timelines, working closely with internal teams and customers to manage project timelines and delivery plans. Acting as a project coordinator, this person will ensure that progress stays on track, issues are resolved quickly, and delivery commitments are met, even under tight timelines and changing requirements.

3. Quality Assurance and Output Validation

This position will review all data outputs to ensure they meet the business requirements and specifications defined, including validation of data accuracy, logic correctness, completeness, and business usability before delivery to customers. This person is expected to detect issues early, work with relevant teams to resolve them, and maintain high-quality standards to support UAT approval rate.

4. Project Acceptance Management

This position will prepare executive summaries and presentations to deliver insights in a professional and consultative manner to customers. A key objective is to lead smooth customer acceptance (UAT) and readiness for commercial closure. This person’s ability to communicate clearly, handle follow-ups, and maintain trust have direct impacts on customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in business or data analyst roles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a STEM field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science)
• Experienced in writing structured business/data specifications
• Solid knowledge of statistics (e.g. hypothesis testing, regression, data distributions)
• Strong skills in SQL and basic Python for data exploration
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau for reporting and presentation
• Solid understanding of metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall and their application in real-world scenarios
• Experience in QA or report validation is preferable
• Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-changing environments
• Highly self-motivated, autonomous, and outcome-oriented
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented, consultative mindset
