Join our dynamic team as an E-commerce Operation at AnyMind Thailand! You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our e-commerce clients by managing all aspects of their online operations.

What You'll Do

Platform Management:

Manage and optimize online stores across multiple platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc).
Ensure smooth and efficient operations on each platform.

Operations & Logistics:

Oversee inventory management, including stock forecasting, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
Coordinate with brands and warehouses on stock inbound, product damage, and other logistics matters.
Development and analysis of internal performance reports to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress towards goals, and identify areas for improvement.

Shop Setup & Management:

Create and optimize online stores, including account setup, SKU uploading, and shop decoration.
Manage pricing and promotions, including creating vouchers and running campaigns.
Management of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS).
Overseeing and optimizing backend systems related to warehouse operations.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer support for logistics and warehouse-related inquiries.

Bachelor's Degree in any related field
Experience in using AI for work is required.
1+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
In-depth knowledge of the Thai e-commerce landscape and market trends
Excellent command of English and Thai
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for e-commerce and a desire to stay updated on industry best practices

Global Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse global clients.
Strategic Marketing Guidance: Providing expert advice on complex marketing and advertising initiatives.
Project Timeline & Delivery Management: Overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Data-Driven Performance Reporting: Analyzing campaign data and delivering insightful performance reports.
Account Growth & Upselling: Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand client accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with various internal teams to achieve client objectives.
