We are looking for a motivated Account Executive - E-commerce Platform to drive growth by acquiring new clients in the international e-commerce space. You will present FastShip’s solutions, beyond just logistics, to online sellers, brand owners, and businesses expanding globally. This role requires a consultative sales approach, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for helping clients grow through tailored logistics and technology solutions.

What you will handle:
- Identify and reach out to new potential clients, including e-commerce entrepreneurs, brand owners, online sellers, and businesses looking to expand into international markets.
- Meet with clients to present FastShip’s solutions and integrations with platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions through a consultative selling approach.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Technical Support, Customer Support, and Operations to solve issues and customize solutions based on client needs.
- Monitor client usage, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize customer value.
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS solutions)
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and platform or international marketplace expansion is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and consult clients effectively

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks effectively - Goal-oriented, proactive, and driven to meet or exceed sales targets
- Good command of English and Thai, both written and spoken
- Experience in using CRM tools and working tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Zoho, Notion, etc)
