• 
  Responsible for preparing, implementing and executing the online business plan (with goals and strategies) and budget.
• Manage e-commerce activities and guest communication on social media
• Drive demand and improve conversion for the various transactional websites.
• Improve market share of direct channels.

• 
  Prior work experience in managing hotel e-commerce mandatory from either a Sales, Revenue or Reservations background
• Good written and spoken skills in Thai & English languages
